All training programs are customized in terms of content,
materials, presentation formats and also consider participant levels of
experience. Our training process is
an interactive one, involving learning through the use of exercises, discussions
and role-plays. We create a
disengagement plan for each project. Our training programs include the development of single
training programs or series. Our
focus is in leadership and management development. Often our training programs are an outcome of the
organizational change processes we help design. For example, our diversity
program, Valuing Differences, is usually presented after a values
audit is completed and a strategic plan designed to determine specific
outcomes desired within the organization. Delivery methodologies range from consultation to total
turnkey solutions. We have clients
who have chosen to outsource an entire training department to us as well as
those who only ask us to provide a measurement instrument, train a single
program or develop a Train-the-Trainer program. The following training project options are available: ·
A total turnkey approach in which we determine
needs, design, develop, and present programs ·
