Executive Coaching is appropriate when building executive management teams, enhancing leadership, and when it is necessary to polish or improve skills in dealing with others.

Leadership Team Assessment and Development
Without a cohesive Leadership Team capable of giving direction and providing a role model for subordinates, an organization will suffer loss in productivity and lowered worker morale. The Leadership Team, though composed of many voices, must function as a single unit within the organization.

Succession Planning
In order to focus on the development of a succession planning process that has team consistency, there are a number of factors that organizations should consider. While each manager or leader has specific job-related skill sets required for each successor, there are team skills that should also be considered.The following list outlines necessary steps for assisting with succession planning:

- Assess the current situation to determine current and future organizational needs

- Develop an action process and implementation plan for a formal succession program which can include:
