Leadership Team Assessment and Development

Without a cohesive Leadership Team capable of giving direction and providing a role model for subordinates, an organization will suffer loss in productivity and lowered worker morale.  The Leadership Team, though composed of many voices, must function as a single unit within the organization.

Succession Planning

In order to focus on the development of a succession planning process that has team consistency, there are a number of factors that organizations should consider.  While each manager or leader has specific job-related skill sets required for each successor, there are team skills that should also be considered.
